Shipping policy
Order Processing
We typically process orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll do our best to keep you updated.
Domestic Shipping
We offer Standard Shipping at a flat rate of $4.50 for all domestic orders, unless specified differently. Expedited and Overnight shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
Standard Shipping usually arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping costs vary by region and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local import regulations for more information.
International delivery times can vary widely, typically ranging from 7–21 business days. Delays due to customs processing may occur.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS (depending on your preference) with tracking details. This allows you to follow your package’s progress from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Missing or Delayed Shipments
If your order is taking longer than expected or tracking shows it hasn’t moved, please reach out to us at sales@uscana.net. We will do our best to assist and, when applicable, contact the carrier to locate or expedite your package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged once they leave our facility. However, if your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately with photos (if damaged) or your tracking information (if lost). We will work with you and the shipping carrier to find a satisfactory resolution.
Address Changes & Order Cancellations
If you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order, please email us at sales@uscana.net as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make changes before your package ships.
Once an order has shipped, we can’t reroute or cancel it. In that case, you may need to wait until the package is returned to us or delivered to the incorrect address.
